Seth Godin’s latest book has my mind spinning. He talks about the ’soft’ innovation. Which is simply taking what you have and figuring out how to make it better. As knowledge workers.that is our job.
Yet surprisingly,it is rare.Why? Because we fell into the Henry Ford trap.We think like production workers on an assembly line.
The problem is this thinking is causing havoc with our professional and personal lives.
